Q1: Are your Pokémon cards authentic?
Absolutely. All our cards and products are sourced directly from official Pokémon retailers and distributors in Japan. We do not sell fakes, proxies, or reproductions.

Q2: What condition are your cards in?
Unless otherwise stated, all cards are pack fresh and near-mint to mint condition. Graded cards will include the official PSA or BGS certification number for verification.

Q3: Will sold-out items be restocked?
Some items—especially limited sets and promos—may never be restocked. Others might come back depending on supplier availability. You can sign up for restock notifications on each product page.

Q4: How much is shipping and how long does it take?
We offer only domestic shipping. All orders will ship out within 3 days of order date unless specified (unexpected delays, pre-orders, holidays, etc). Shipping costs and delivery times are calculated at checkout. 

Q5: How do you package orders?
Single cards are shipped in penny sleeves, top loaders, and protective team bags. Sealed products are bubble-wrapped and shipped in sturdy boxes to prevent damage.

Q6: Do you offer pre-orders?
Yes! Pre-orders guarantee your item from our incoming stock. Release dates are provided by our suppliers, but may be subject to change by The Pokémon Company.

Q7: What’s your return policy?
We accept returns of unopened products within 14 days of delivery. Due to the collectible nature of Pokémon cards, opened items cannot be returned unless defective or damaged on arrival.

Q8: Will I have to pay customs fees or taxes?
International customers are responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes charged by their country.

Q9: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Shopify Payments. All transactions are processed securely.

Q10: Can I request specific cards or products?
You can send us a message through our Contact Us page. While we can’t guarantee every request, we’re happy to try sourcing special items for you.
