Refunds and Returns Policy

ALL TCG PRODUCTS ARE FINAL SALE. Due to the nature of these items, no returns or exchanges will be allowed.

Sale items and gift cards are also not eligible for returns or exchanges.

By making any purchase, you accept that you’ve read and agree to our Terms of Service and may not dispute the transaction with the institution (bank, credit card, debit card, etc.) through which you made the purchase.

 

Exceptions:
Non-TCG products that are in the same condition your received them in (eg. unopened, unused, tags still attached) may be eligible for a return. This will be determined on a case by case basis and a return is not guaranteed.

To inquire about a return, contact us at donqduomingo@gmail.com, with a picture of the item(s) you wish to return, within 5 days of receiving your order. If your return is accepted (not a guarantee), we’ll send you additional instructions. 

Returns are also subject to a 10% processing and restocking fee, unless refunded as store credit. Original shipping costs are not refunded and customer is responsible for return shipping.

Items sent back to us without contacting us first will not be accepted.

 

Damages, Missing Items, or Other Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us at donqduomingo@gmail.com within 24 hours if there are any issues such as damage, missing items, or other issues with the order. You must include photos of the product(s), the packaging, and the shipping label. 

Inquiries made after 24 hours of receiving the order will not be eligible for refunds or replacements. Please note, some products do come with manufacturer defects such as minor cuts in shrink wrap, loose glue on cardboard boxes, etc.


Lost Mail

We encourage customers to pay for the shipment level that best fits their needs. All shipments are insured for up to $200. If a shipment is lost or stolen, we cannot guarantee a refund from the shipping carrier.
